OYINLUXE accepts eligible returns for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Please contact support before sending any item back so your request can be reviewed and tracked properly.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless a longer window is stated on your order or required by applicable law.

How to start a return

Send your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos where relevant through the contact page. We will confirm the next steps after reviewing your request.

Exchanges and refunds

When approved, we may offer an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on item condition, stock availability, and payment method.

Shipping costs

Original delivery fees and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
